职位描述
岗位描述:
1、研究市场及预测市场潜力,完成区域销售及资金回笼任务;
2、开发新的工程销售市场及销售渠道,完善工程业务布局;
3、负责在指定区域内的房地产商开发,建立及保持与房地产商紧密的联系,介绍及推广产品的销售,以符合公司所制订的销售计划,目标政策和工作方式;
4、根据区域销售趋势,竞争和经济业务状况,进行月度、季度、年度销售预测及,并实时进行回顾、跟进;
5、负责参与项目前期的谈判、投标工作;
6、出席及参与房地产会议及各类展览会,以提高产品认知度,提高销售技巧;
7、建立办事处运营模式,完善组织建设,制定办事处、个人绩效考核;
8、样板房ISR改善小组各项工作的主导,保证样板房交付一次成功率指标的达成;
9、根据全年度销售预算,控制各项活动的费用支出
岗位要求:
1、大专以上学历,具备一定的英文读写能力,有外企同岗位工作经验最佳;
2、工程业务经验有二年以上,熟悉建材工程业务操作流程,熟悉招投标流程;
3、具备地板/橱柜/卫浴/洁具/瓷砖行业工程项目开发经验者优先;
4、良好的沟通、谈判、协调、组织能力、有亲和力、积极的事业心,服务意识强;
5、具备吃苦耐劳能力,心态良好,适应长期出差;
Job Descriptions:
1, Research the market and predict the market potential, complete area sales and the money collecting task;
2, The development of new engineering sales market and sales channel, perfect engineering business layout;
3, Responsible in designated areas in the real estate business development, establish and maintain close ties with the real estate business, and promote the sales of products is introduced, in order to meet company assigned sales program, the goal of policy and work methods;
4, According to its regional sales trend, competition and economic performance, on monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecast and, and carried out in real time, follow up review;
5, Responsible for the negotiations, participate in project bidding;
6, To attend and participate in real estate conference and all kinds of exhibition to improve product awareness, increase sales skills;
7, Establish office operation mode, perfect the organization construction, make office, personal performance evaluation;
8, Lead the Show flat improving group work, insure the achievement of the show flat success rate;
9, According to the entire annual sales budget, control activities expenses
Job Requirement:
1, College degree or above, good English reading and writing abilities, has working experience in foreign company preferred;
2, Engineering business experience have two years or above, familiar with building materials engineering business operation, familiar with the bidding process;
3, Having floor/ambry/sanitary ware/ceramic tile industry engineering project development experience is preferred;
4, Good communication, negotiation and coordination, and ability of organization, have affinity, positive enterprising, strong service awareness;
5, Have the ability to bear hardships and stand hard work, good mentality, adapt to long-term business trip;
