任职资格：

1. 30-45岁，大专学历以上，室内设计、环境艺术设计专业、建筑经济类相关专业，具备较强预算数据统筹汇总能力；

2. 五年以上建筑装饰行业工作经验，2年团队管理经验；

3. 在装饰工程造价、成本结算等方面经验丰富；

4. 具备良好的与客户沟通能力，能够管理预算工作团队以及总体协调预算在项目施工中的管理，在高端办公室室内装饰、医院类项目中有多年经验的优先。

5. 熟练使用港式清单和定额预算报价。

岗位职责：

1、能够做好招投标阶段的报价、成本测算等各环节的工作；

2、完成成本测算以及预估并对项目部进行交底，在施工阶段协助项目部的变更处理、工程量核对工作；

3、管理预算团队并协调各个项目预算人员的实际工作。
