岗位职责：

1、结合热点，根据品牌精神、产品力发展创意概念。

2、有独立完成画面设计的能力。

3、有较高的视觉审美，有策略思考能力并懂得如何转化为具体创意执行：

a. 负责KV、海报、手册、包装等传统设计；

b. 其他相关平面设计方面的工作。

4、对不同传播渠道的创意差异有一定了解。

岗位要求：

1、大专以上学历，广告视觉、平面设计等相关专业。

2、相关工作任职二年以上，有知名广告公司经验者优先考虑。

3、能熟练使用illustrator/Photoshop等设计软件。

4、主动性高，耐心细致，具有良好的沟通能力，与团队有积极的配合度。

5、能准确表达设计思路，有较强的责任心及较强的理解分析、创意设计能力和色彩搭配能力，能够提出有新意的并符合品牌策略的创意方案为佳。
