Responsibilities:

- Check the shipping documents from vendors (i.e. invoice, packing list, FCR...)
- To work closely with supply chain team to minimize chance of late shipping documents
- Ensure outstanding documents are continually pushed.
- Prepare the logistics performance report from 3rd PL system.
- Open/Amend L/C from online system
- Prepare T/T application for vendor payment

- Process invoices
- Assist the logistics manager to prepare the weekly & monthly report

Requirements:

- At least 3 years shipping & LC experience at factories with export business; Working in accounting/finance department of similar size company will be an advantage.

- College degree with major in Accounting/Finance or related application

- Familiar with European market & good knowledge on logistics routine is advantage.

- Fluent spoken and written English; Good at MS Excel & Power point; Good interpersonal / communication skills.
