1. Daily work:

1.1 Routine sample management timely and accurately, including sample receiving, distribution, tracking and disposal, etc.

1.2 Maintain the Lab Sample Manager System.

1.3 Assist the sample management group leader on troubleshooting of issues occurred during the daily work.

1.4 Monitor the temperature and humidity of sample rooms, refrigerators, freezers, etc. Provide quick response for the urgent situation.

2. GMP requirements, Safety, Health and Environment:

Follow GMP requirements, relevant company SOPs and EHS requirement; Follow 5S guideline, and maintain good housekeeping in lab areas.

任职资格:

1. Education: Better for BS or appropriate degree in analytical chemistry, pharmaceutical analysis or other directly-related science discipline with experience or training in analytical chemistry, pharmaceutical analysis or equivalent experience.

2. Work experience: At least experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, GMP lab background or analytical method development, have training record about compound and drug product management.

3. Good communication skills, can accomplish their work assignments by interacting closely with other people within the company.

4. Pleasant personality, enthusiastic, positive, clearly to the task, good memory, responsible and carefully, cooperative working relationships.

5. Must be customer-oriented and able to show flexibility and ability to work with multiple projects. Must be able to prioritize the workload to meet the pre-determined timelines.

6. Must be able to work in a team-oriented manner in order to accomplish performance objectives.
