      Qualification:

  

1. Min. 5 years of experience as a garment Merchandiser.

2. At least 2 years of experience in account management working directly with customers in America and Europe.

3. Fluent in English both oral and written & excellent PC skills.

4. Experienced in the development and manufacturing of all kinds of woven garments as well as knit garments for outwear and fashion field.  For example, Basic Tee Shirts, Tops, Bottoms, and Outerwear.  Experience in ladies and men’s fashion field is a plus.

5. Strong leadership and problem solving skills.

6. Ability to work independently with customer’s and lead a team.

7. College degree or above, preferably major textile or fashion field.

8. Proficient in Microsoft word, excel PPT and email.

9. Good communications skills and a positive attitude are a must.

10. Dedicated hard working with a team spirit are a must.

11. Experience working with Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, or India a plus.

     Responsibilities:

                          

1. Working closely with overseas buyers, factories and your team from the beginning of the product development cycle to final production (Costing analysis, fabrics, trims, sampling, production and quality control).

2. Working closely with our team of technicians to review and critique samples to meet the buyer’s expectations the first time.

3. Manage all paper work on orders as well as updating the buyer’s internal systems.

4. Developing new items with an experienced eye to not only create new ideas but avoid potential production issues before they happen.
