Responsibility工作执掌:

1. Receive orders from the customer; 接收客户订单

2. Identification of the resources needed (quantity and competencies) based on different type of assignments and accounts; 为不同稿件类型和客户辨别所需资源（如数量和资质）或为初始阶段辨认所需资源

3. Assign every project to the appropriate translator; 将每一份作业分派至相应的译者手上

4. Schedule and prioritize the translation projects ; 计划和管理翻译项目

5. Specify the timeline correctly based on volume and resource, monitor the progress of each progressed project to ensure a punctual delivery 根据工作量及所用资源正确计算项目所需时间，监控项目的每个过程确保准时交付。

6. Proactively identify issues/potential risks, and take action to prevent time delays;主动发现问题或潜在风险，并采取行动以防交付延迟

7. Clear communication all project/production-related issues to the actors involved (Vendors, project coordinators); 与参与者（供应商，项目协调员）就所有项目或与生产相关的问题保持有效沟通

8. Supervision and monitoring of the execution ensuring compliance to deadlines and defined quality standards; 管理和监督执行过程，确保截至日期及质量标准的要求

9. Recording the activities undertaken by each linguist involved in the translation process; 记录相关人员在翻译过程中所各自进行的活动

10. Carry out the final quality check of the project deliverables; 对交付的项目产品进行最终质量检查

11. Deliver final project to client in the required format and within scheduled timeframe; 在既定的时间内以规定的格式，将最终项目交付给客户

Requirement任职要求:

1. University Degree, a degree in translation or management is preferred, Fluent in English; 大学本科，翻译或管理学位专业优先, 英语熟练

2. Strong computer skills, understanding of SDL Trados,Studio and other TM like Across, Transit NXT preferred; 良好的计算机技能，了解Trados,studio和其他CAT Tool,比如Across,Transit NXT者优先

Ability to learn new production tools or workflows; 学习新的生产工具或工作流程的能力

3. Team Player and able to work harmoniously in the world-wide project management team; 团队精神，能够在全球项目管理团队和谐地工作

4. Good teamwork and communications skills; 团队意识和良好的沟通能力

5. Time management and ability to prioritize and meet/achieve deadlines; 时间管理，有优先处理和满足按期交付项目的能力

6. Can work under high pressure and can handle several tasks simultaneously; 能承受工作压力,并能同时处理多个项目。

7. Strong attention to details, Focused on customer satisfaction; 高度关注细节和客户满意度

8. Experience in translation industry is an asset. 有翻译行业工作经验者优先

9. Experience in managing Life Science and medical jobs is an asset. 有处理生物科技/医药翻译工作经验者优先
