1、协助仓库主管确保仓库管理程序的运行，日常工作严格按照SOP规定操作安全作业，符合GMP规定；

 Support warehouse supervisor on warehouse operation, work according to SOP procedure to meeting GMP compliance 2、负责仓库货物的保管、验收、入库、出库等工作，确保账实相符，按照GMP要求填写仓库相关记录；

 Be responsible for material management including material receiving and acceptance, material in and out and related documentation according to GMP requirement.

3、协助仓库主管确保仓库管理范围内的设备设施的完整性，科学管理货品库位，提出改进方案，保证仓库最大化的使用率；

Support warehouse supervisor on equipment management in the warehouse, optimize and improve warehouse utilization.

4、定期盘点，核对库存，确保帐卡物数据一致，物料调整及调整原因调查，并根据原因制定预防措施；

 Be responsible for regular courting and adjustment and investigate once adjustment happen, and propose CAPA according to investigation.

5、仓库管理范围的日常巡检，负责仓库每日温湿度记录、日常仓库6S管理，确保仓库物料整洁有序；

 Be responsible for daily checking, record Temp. and Humidity, 5S management to make sure all materials are well organized. 

6、确保一切行为遵守SHE规章制度；Ensure all activities to meet EHS regulation.

7、完成上级交办的其他工作。Other works assigned by superior.

职位要求：

1、3年以上化工制造业或药企仓库管理作业相关工作经验； 3 years or above work in chemical or pharmacuetical area is preferred

2、具有叉车操作员证书并至少3年以上驾驶柴油叉车经验；Have license of driving forklift and 3 years experience or above

3、熟悉OFFICE等办公软件及电脑操作, 会ERP操作优先；Be familiar to MS office software，ERP experience is preferred

4、良好的沟通、分析能力及团队合作精神，工作认真，责任心强。Good communication, analysis ability and team work spirit. Good attitude on work and with high responsibility

CARBOGEN AMCIS is a market leading supplier for drug substance services for the pharmaceutical industry and also produces both drug substances and final medicines for clinical trials and commercial supply.
