岗位职责：

1.能独立进行公司直播项目的导播或直播技术搭建工作。

2.参与公司直播项目的EFP搭建。

任职要求：

1.1-3年以上相关工作经验，有直播经验

2.熟悉直播流程，对直播画面有一定的审美。

2.广播级视音频加解嵌/制式转换/同步原理精通。

3.有良好的沟通能力，分析理解能力，处理应急事故的能力，逻辑性强。

4.能独立制作花字。
