岗位职责:

？ 采用先进工具对SECCO潜在的新项目进行评估，确定费用的优先使用。
To perform assessment of SECCO potential new projects and determine priority application of expenditures.
？ 负责和协调工艺安全管理，项目的危险性分析和可操作性研究HAZOP风险评估，MOC审核。
To be responsible for implementation and coordination of process safety management, project hazards analysis and operability HAZOP study, risk assessment and MOC review.
？ 经初步评估可行的项目，委托与赛科有协议的设计单位编制可行性研究报告、初步设计或详细设计，跟踪、协调和讨论此阶段有关的技术方案和投资费用等问题。
To manage appointed design institute’s that have agreements with SECCO, to prepare the feasibility study report and perform preliminary design or detail design for preliminarily assessed feasible projects. Coordinate issues related to technical proposals and investment costs.
？ 对项目实施过程中技术方案和实施内容变更进行确认。
To confirm changes of technical proposal and implementation items during project execution.
？ 负责项目投用后的评估。
To be responsible for project assessment following installation and plant operation.
？ 利用模拟软件对装置流程进行模拟计算，指导生产装置的流程改造和技术开发活动。
To perform calculations for the technological process of the plant with simulation software and guide improvement of technological process and technical development actions for the production plant.
？ 学习和管理SECCO相关的技术软件系统，学习和研究石化行业新技术、新成果。
To study and manage SECCO related technical software system, to learn and research new technology and new achievements in petrochemical industry.
？ 及时完成上级经理分配的其他工作。
Complete other work assigned by superior managers in a timely manner.

任职资格:

？ 相关教育及工作经验：本科及以上学历，有研究生学历者优先，5年以上石油化工行业及本专业工作经验。参加过一套大型化工装置的新建或扩建工作，并担任项目工程师角色。
Relevant education and working experience: A minimum of 5 years work experience in large chemical enterprises, bachelor degree in chemical engineering, master degree is preferred. having been involved in building one set or expanding one set of large-scale chemical plant, playing the role of Project engineer.
？ 熟悉多种工程标准及使用。
Familiar with a range of engineering standards and capable of the applications.
？ 熟悉工程及生产变更程序。
Familiar with engineering and production change procedure.
？ 熟悉安全审核程序如HAZOP。
Familiar with process safety review processes like HAZOP
？ 了解先进工艺控制或大型工艺模拟工具。
Knowledge of advanced process control or large process simulation tool.
？ 了解SECCO 1套以上装置的工艺技术。
Knowledge of at least one set of SECCO plant process technology.
？ 出色的组织、协调及项目控制能力。
Significant skill in project organizing, coordinating and controlling.
