职位描述
---KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide the high-quality and productive daily IT support to end users.
- Install and configure computer OS and peripherals for users (such as IP phone, printers, scanners, etc.).
- Co-ordinate the activities for customers, vendors and 2nd IT level support in quick response to infrastructure and End-user computing problems and incidents, resolving or escalating as needed.
- Responsible for IT related equipment collection management and proper records. Work with 2nd level support staff to maintain IT inventory asset list.
- Conduct daily maintenance and service of audio-visual presentation equipment, digital media equipment in conference room. Implement weekly preventative maintenance check to conference room facilities and public area printers.
- Create, update and maintain IT desktop and conferencing platform documentation.
- Configure COPE or BYOD mobile devices through enterprise mobility management tool (such as VPN, Mail Sync, Wireless access, etc.).
- Ensure healthy operating condition of office devices. Provide IT support and standby to corporate major conference.
- Report incidents and problems to senior expertise team to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by Line Manager.
- Participation in implementation projects.
---Qualifications (Knowledge, experience, abilities & skills)
- Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 2 years experiences in IT helpdesk support.
- Ability to work on a variety of projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency using, maintaining and troubleshooting computer hardware and software and operating systems,
- Solid knowledge about MS Windows, Office suite, popular e-mail client browsers etc.
- Familiar with client support in Windows Domain Environment is a must.
- Know well about IT services including DHCP, TCP/IP, DNS, LAN, Wireless are preferred.
- Demonstrated Customer-oriented attitude.
- Quick learning and self-driven and good team work.
- Good communication skills and patience.
- Basic verbal and written English skills are preferred.
