1.熟悉、掌握国家的各项财务制度、财政法规，严格遵守国家的财经政策;
2.协助财务经理制定工作计划及有关财务制度;
3.处理金融行业的日常账务，按照企业会计制度规定和会计业务的实际需要确定会计核算方 法、核算原则，设置账务核算体系;
4.及时客观公正的进行账务和结算工作，及时进行会计核算、账务处理。负责编制公司 月度、年度会计报表、会计决算和利润分配等核算工作;
5.做好会计监督工作，严格按照国家的财经法规和企业规章制度进行审批核算;
6.审查合同和各项流程。

7.完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职条件
　　1.具有本科及以上文化程度、会计从业资格证书;
　　2.具有金融或房地产行业担任会计经验；

3.具有主管会计经验；

4.有较强的组织能力和工作责任感、事业心。
　　5.具有8年以上企业财务工作经验，具有中级会计师以上职称者优先。
