岗位职责

• 他/她将直接汇报给全国销售总监
• 执行公司业务发展战略，完成公司所制定的区域销售目标
• 配合市场部门组织实施本区域市场开发计划及具体的实施方案，促进公司的品牌提升；
• 追踪区域客户动态，挖掘潜在客户；
• 对客户实施定期拜访，及时处理客户异议和投诉，以提高客户满意度，建立长期、良好、稳固的客户关系；
• 协助销售支持经理（销售助理）完成订单的处理
• 通过与售后服务、技术等相关部门沟通，协调所辖区域的发货、产品安装、技术支持、售后维修等工作，共同实现售后服务目标；
• 收集本区域的市场信息及竞争对手的销售策略等信息。对市场信息进行分析、预测并制定对策，及时向相关部门提供建议；
• 按要求提供销售数据报告等进行综合分析；保证销售信息的及时性、准确性和完整性，为销售、采购、生产等决策的制定提供支持；
• 完成上级经理要求的相关报告
• 提供跨区域的业务支持

职位要求

• 大专以上毕业
• 3年以上畜牧行业销售经验；
• 较强的自我驱动能力，能够独当一面，能够担负起潜在客户及市场的开拓与维护；
• 对市场营销有深刻认知，有良好的沟通与谈判能力，熟悉客户采购及招投标流程。
• 较强的沟通、组织、协调、管理能力。
• 适应经常出差（出差时间不少于60%）
• 有畜牧机械产品在猪场的销售经验及市场资源者优先考虑；
• 基本的英文沟通能力（英文邮件和英文资料的阅读）

Job Description

• He/she will report to Aghort regional sales manager directly
• Implement company’s business development strategy ,Reach sales budget in the territory
• With support from Marketing Dept, implement company’s marketing promotion plan, improve branding promotion.
• Follow up clients status, develop potential customers.
• By regular visiting and timely handling customer’s claim, to maintain satisfied partnership with customers,
• Support the sales coordinator on order processing.
• By coordinate with service Dept. Tech Dept , to support service to customer including goods delivery, product installation, technical support, after service.
• Collect market trends and competitor’s activites. Provide reaction solution , offering analysis, forecast report, etc..
• Provide required sales data and related analysis report Ensure the timely ,correct, full information will support the decision from sales, purchase and production department.
• Complete the sales report according management request
• Coordinate and support cross territory or cross province business

Requirement

• College degree
• At least 3 year sales experience in livestock industrial.
• He/She will be self-starters and have a hands-on approach on product knowledge
• Have knowledge with good business acumen, good negotiation skill and understand well the rules of bidding procedure
• It is expected that the successful candidate have good communication skills in Mandarin. Have certain level of compentence of organizing ability ,coordinate bility and management capacity
• Business travelling ( high frequency up to 60%) requested in this role.
• Mechanical system selling experience in Pig industrial will be a plus.
• Basic English skill ( email and Document reading).
