小帐篷托育中心园长职位描述：

工作职责：

1、热爱早幼教事业，两年以上托育、早教、幼教、儿童服务等机构高管工作资历和丰富经验，能熟练做好1-3专业托育中心（托育园）的全面经营管理。

 2、本科及以上学历，精通1-3岁宝宝的半日托、日托、早教课程、保育、教学、游戏、活动、以及托育中心（托育园）的经营管理和发展运营等工作。

 3、已考取托育师、早教师、育婴师、保育师、幼教证、教师证、园长证等证书者、及拥有欧美早幼教专业学位和著名托育机构工作经验者优先录用。

薪资待遇：有国内外进修、交流机会。

工作地点：上海虹口区物华路爱家国际大厦

Position:

Director of the nursery center (1-3 years old)

Responsibility:

1.       The high level of organization and management of the whole Nursery center which includes: the nursery, teaching,  parents’ classes, operation and development;

2.       Cultivation the children 1-3 years old with better characters for the families and society from the aspects of security, beauties-education and characters.

Requirements:

1.       Passion for the nursery job; above 2 years experience in senior executive at the centers of nursery, early education, children’s education or children’s service organizations; full capacity for the whole organization and management of the professional nursery center;

2.       University degree and above, proficient in half day nursery, full nursery, early education, teaching, games, activities and the whole organization and management of the nursery center;

3.       Priority to certificate in  nursery, early teaching, preschool education, teachers, preschool director, the degree in early teaching in Europe and USA and experience in famous early teaching insutitution
