1.Support HQ to purchase raw material in China locally, especially electronics components with quality and delivery requirements. 

 2.Work closely with safety service engineering team and suppliers for quotation & Lead time etc..

3.Interface with both suppliers and HQ to reach commercial agreements. 

4.Support superior to implement continuous improvement plans on demand, quality, delivery, service and invoices process. 5.Support collating documents of custom clearance etc.. 

   Qualification 

1.Outstanding negotiation skill. 

 2.1 year in sourcing or purchasing of commodity raw materials. Good technical skills (understanding of technical drawings + manufacturing methods) 

 3.BS degree or above. 

 4.English preferred and good communication skill. 

 5.Team player and Self motivated, work under stress. 

 6.High level of personal integrity. Willing to undertake business trips
