岗位职责：

1、根据所辖区域的各项工作指标全力以赴的按时按量完成，聚焦烘焙、连锁奶茶铺、咖啡业务；

2、完成所负责区域的销售及服务工作，对区域内市场进行管理和维护；

3、落实各项促销活动，扩大品牌影响力以及后台管理维护，提升区域内品牌美誉度，维护公司的品牌和信誉；

4、对所负责区域快消品行情做分析，做有效推广方案；

5、对区域网点做分析，依据市场实际情况生成订单，避免产品滞留市场货仓库；

6、实时对客户制定仓库的产品库存进行盘点，对经销商库存进行动态调整，时刻保持库存最优化，

务必避免临期产品；

7、实时进行产品流动跟踪管理，对因产品外流至所辖区域外从而导致公司经营秩序混乱和产品价格体系混乱承担相应的管理责任；

8、严格遵循公司的工作方针和工作要求执行管理工作；

9、严格遵循市场部的市场要求，做好产品的市场推广工作，搜集平台信息以及市场竞品信息；

10、严格遵循公司的费用使用流程和营销中心的相关要求对各项费用进行规范的使用，并对各类费用的使用效果进行实时跟进；

11、严格遵守公司的财务、人事、行政等相关工作要求和工作流程；

12、服从上级领导安排的其他工作。

岗位要求：

1、大专及以上学历；

2、有2年及以上同岗位工作经验；

3、工作有责任感，担当；

4、熟悉word、excel等办公软件操作。
