1. JOB SUMMARY

负责人力资源部门招聘、培训、薪资福利、员工关系及行政相关支持工作。

2.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1、 有效利用各类招聘渠道，协助招聘合适的候选人，满足部门岗位空缺；

2、 协助完成新员工入职培训及相关工作；

3、 协助完成每月人员考勤及薪资计算，制作相关报表数据；

4、 协助完成各类员工活动的组织策划及现场安排协调工作；

5、 协助完成餐厅管理、班车管理等相关行政事务工作；

6、 上级交代的其他工作。
