1. JOB SUMMARY

Able to do process study;

Able to design assy,inspection & test fixture

Good analysis the dimensions of customer’s drawing;

Good reporting skill (Good at Microsoft Office)

Good in AutoCAD/Pro-E;

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Work together with related Process to definiton inpection and measuring methods.

Communication with FA and fixture’s vendor to make sure customer’s purpose can be achieved.

Design and build fixtures according to the specification given by FA department’s requirement;

Design fixture and jig for Operation Process；

Follow up fixture delivery date.

Involve on fixture design discussion with End-user & Suppliers in some cases；

Improvement fixture & jig to improvemtn output and quality

Assestent Senior automation engineer to transfer new technology

Auotmation manger assign’s other working
