1. JOB SUMMARY

Good understanding of production method

Analyze and improve industrial productivity

Design production process, equipment & layout;

Line balancing and work cell design

Organize and communicate with production process in carry out lean manufacturing.

2.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide solution and preventive methods for process design based on Lean concept

Process and equipment improvement, recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities such as restructuring job duties, reorganizing work flow, relocating work stations and equipment

Value Stream Mapping in all areas of manufacturing, participate in kaizens, sustain 5S and offer lean operating principles throughout production flow

Execute continous improvement through out the company

Improve and increase production capablities.

Reduction cycle time and scrap rate

Evaluate production requirements and suggest production process methods.

Make line balance and cycle time calculation.

Lead & drive team in 5S, Capex and Automation areas.

Generate cost saving & production improvement method reports.

Team spirit and good interpersonal skills
