1、Responsible for SP PP process 主导SP PP工艺

2、Responsible for progress and new SP PP project 主导SP PP新项目的进度

3、Optimize painting&printing process and visual management, take lead cost saving and automation projects 优化喷漆/移印工艺及目视化管理，并主导cost saving与自动化的推进

2.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1、Trial new spray-painting project 新项目试样

2、Modify and improve SP PP process 修定与改进SP PP工艺

3、New painting project introduce, project early prepare, insure new project from trial run to production is smoothly 喷漆新项目的导入，前期的准备，确保新项目从试样到正式生产的顺利

4、Constitute SP PP process SOP & WI 制定SP PP工艺文件

5、Optimize SP PP process, cost saving and improve yield 优化工艺，降低成本及良率提升

6、Painting fixture design and follow process 喷漆夹具设计与过程追踪

7、Prepare quotation of SP&PP new project 负责喷漆和移印的报价

8、Perform self-audit for SP PP production process 审核SP PP产线工艺

9、Responsible for painting&printing yield improvement and reduction DPPM 负责喷漆/移印良率及DPPM提升

10、Responsible for BOM&Routing accuracy and improvement 分析BOM&Routing并改善；

11、Responsible for U*P improvement U*P的提升

12、Optimize process flow and visual management 优化工艺流程及目视化管理

13、Cost analysis and improvement 成本的分析与改善

14、Key projects analysis and improvement Key projects分析与改善

15、Raise capability of analysis&solving issue for line leader further by kaizen activity 通过持续改善活动的实施，提升一线干部的分析问题与解决问题的能力
