Roles & responsibilities:

? Provide consistent methodologies, templates, tools and analytical support to the sales force management, territory management, sales target setting and workload estimation to figure out the effective and efficient channel strategies and Key Account execution plan.

? Build up and maintain / improve large volume orders for monitoring/reporting, Submit monthly distribution/KA KPI report for management and cross function review

? Responsible for cooperation with 3th-party e-platform to set up e-procurement process

? Collaborate with Marketing & Sales Team to deliver commercial execution analysis, deep dive the product line analysis of each region to give strategy insight.

? Deliver excellence in insights generation, deployment & target setting and sales force data, key projects for department Business insights generation to support BU decision making

? Sizing strategy & Sales organization design

? Project based management

? Territory deployment design and target setting

? Routine analytical reports generation and communication

About you

? Professional 2-3 years experiences in analytical based working functions ;

? Large MNC consulting company Preferred

? Sales & Marketing experience preferred

? University degree above, statistic , finance background , math preferred

? Excellent data processing and business analysis skill, strong in Excel PPT and other Microsoft office tools

? Tableau/Oracle use experience preferred

? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

? Fluency in English reading, writing and speaking

? Bachelor degree or above

? Strong in Math and/or Statistics
