Job Responsibilities:

1. Closely working with R&D engineer/ line manager to develop new and optimize existing products (primarily polyamides and polyesters), along with their means of manufacture, to achieve a technical and/or commercial advantage in the market.

    协助研发工程师开发新产品/优化现有产品（聚酰胺和聚酯），使产品在市场上有竞争优势；

2. To carry out polyamide, polyester and other necessary laboratory and pilot plant batches, to assess new formulations and raw materials

   完成聚酰胺聚酯产品的实验室和中试配方；

3. Working with R&D engineer together to keep R&D related facilities ( including but not limited , lab polymerization tool, pilot plant of polymerization and grinding ) and consumables at a status of ready to be used; to record all necessary information including but not limited as batch card result, pilot plant result, raw material sample into R&D public folder;

    和研发工程师一起，负责维护研发相关的设备（包括但不限于聚合实验室小试和中试装置以及磨粉机）和管理研发相关的耗材；记录所有研发相关的记录并负责在公共盘的更新；

4. Acting as a backup of R&D engineer to scale –up new formulations, ensure a smooth transition from lab/pilot plant to full scale production; To provide a technical service to customers, to ensure the successful introduction of new products and resolve any technical issues relating to new or existing products.

    协助研发工程师负责新产品配方的放大；必要时参与新产品/现有产品相关的技术服务

5. When necessary, in conjunction with QA/QC, to investigate and resolve technical claims;

    必要时和QA/QC部门一起参与投诉的调查和处理

6. Day to day assignments from line manager implemented.

    执行直属经理安排的日常工作；

7. Conduct daily work in a way of complying to company SHE policy;

    日常工作中遵守公司的SHE制度；

Job Requirements:

1.Education Level: College degree or above with major in polymer science /organic chemistry is prefered; Other related chemical background can also be considered;

教育背景：大专及以上学历，高分子/有机化学专业优先考虑，其他化工相关专业也可以考虑。

2.Minimum 2 years R&D experience in chemical manufacturing plant. Polymerization experience is preferred; Big state owned company or multinational business environment is preferred.

两年化工制造业相关研发经验；有聚合工作经验优先考虑；大型国企或外企经验优先考虑；

3.Diligent and careful working attitude; capable of working hard physically;
