Responsibility:

1. Enrollment: making enrollment plan, enrollment campaign, managing enrollment database, scheduling and offering school tours, communication with prospective family, admissions counseling, evaluation and waiting list, enrollment reports.

2. Afterenrollment Service: helping families through any queries they have about accounting, uniform, learning material and general procedures.

3. Parental Communication: answering parents’ phone calls, replying e-mails, offering face-to-face reception, presiding over the PTA3.

4. Payment & Refund support: maintenance on absence & withdrawal data to assist accounting in terms of payment reminder and refund.

5. Student Records Management: archiving, updating and maintenance on students records; issuance of supporting documents on parents request.

6. Government Liaison and Coordination: attending meeting and training organized by the education authorities; sending and archiving government documents; conveying the contents to the school management; reporting the data of school and students; working with admissions office of the education authorities in student registration, primary school entrance data collection.

7. Department & interdepartmental Coordination: chairing weekly meeting with teachers to share information about upcoming events and issues. Working with management and teachers to coordinate day-to-day information that helps school to function.

8. Publicity & Documents support: Writing and publishing news releases on events such as monthly theme events and school open days in Chinese and English. Helping ensure high standards of quality in all print and electronic advertisements, the school website, publications and internal documents.

9. Ad hoc teaching during any Chinese teachers’ absence.
