岗位职责：

* 市场数据采集及分析

* 撰写房地产咨询报告

* 完成项目经理布置的其他相关研究分析工作

岗位要求：

* 房地产相关专业本科以上学历,（知名院校优先）

* 英语流利者优先

* 具有房地产咨询业、房地产开发商以及政府工业园区的2年以上的相关工作经验

Key Accountabilities:

* Conduct feasibility studies relating to development and redevelopment opportunities;

* Assist with investment consultancy projects working and coordinating with colleagues in Shanghai;

* Assist senior management in data assembly, preparation of presentation materials and other ad hoc assignments.

* Perform any other duties by direct supervisor.

Requirements & Qualifications:

* Bachelor degree holder or above from a recognized international university, preferably in real estate,

mathematics or business;

* At least 2 years experience in property industry, either with a property investor or developer in an advisory

role;

* Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin;

* Independent, driven and detail oriented with strong analytical and report writing skills;

* Candidates with prior experience in equity research, fund management, or investment consulting focusing on the

property sector highly desirable.
