主要职责：

1. 通过旺旺、电话等沟通工具，高效解决客户售后问题；

2. 对天猫客户的咨询及时响应，做到专业解答，并对疑难问题或客户投诉进行安抚和解决；

3. 辅助顾客完成网上购买流程，如引导新手买家提交订单，修改价格，指导顾客使用优惠卷等

4. 处理日常售后问题，审核订单，退款退件等；

5. 售前售中售后一手抓，回答客户关于产品的问题，包括且不限于产品参数/物流/安装/保养等；

数据汇总与总结，对售前客服问题反馈收集。

任职条件：   

1. 熟悉淘宝旺旺等工具的操作； 

2. 保证在线时间，文字交谈专业且有亲和力，对客户的问题一一解答，富有耐心/亲和力； 

3. 会操作淘宝后台，如修改价格，引导新手买家提交订单，熟悉淘宝官方的活动规则，比如淘金币/集分宝以及优惠券的使用流程等等；

4. 有一定的学习能力，能在短期内熟悉天猫店的地板产品，包括运输及安装/保养知识等；

5. 熟悉基本电脑操作，打字速度50字/分钟以上，熟练使用office办公软件操作；

工作时间：   

1. 16：00-24：00，可在家办公，保证在线时间
