Job description

- Responsible for creating direct sales points for promoting Mohawk Rug products.

- Set up and implement product trainings to train dealer of point of sales to support local dealers to improve sales

- Create local/regional business and develop designers and local dealers

- Drive dealers and designers to improve Mohawk Rug sales

- Responsible to promote Mohawk Rug for retail sales with designers and soft-decoration dealers

- Motivate and supervise the implementation of national new product launch and promotional campaigns

- Support in Marketing / Sales of all accounts in the respective area

- Co-ordination of all related question as e.g. shop outfit / media with the local dealers and designers

- Make sure all Mohawk Rug products are presented according to brand guideline

- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an on-going basis

- Elicit feedback from local dealers and competitors on market changes and expectations

- Communicate and report all business issues to National Sales Manager

- Perform other duties as assigned that support the overall objective of the position

Desired Skills and Experience

- College degree and above

- Mature and independent graduates, preferably with 3- 5 years sales related work experience

- Familiar with Furniture business will be advance

- Familiar with interior designers will be advanced

- Diligent and often travel across China

- Advanced relationship building skills and interpersonal skills

- Preferably experience with setting up direct distribution

- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit with strong problem-solving skills

- Excellent presentation and organization skills

- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Languages: Native Chinese, preferably also English (spoken and written)

Estimated Travel: 60 %
