Core Accountabilities:

1.Designing, developing, refreshing and supporting the day-to-day analytics requirements of clients

2.Understanding the data and data sources.

3.Involve in execution of projects from data processing, data analysis, reporting and presentation.

1.  You will have the chance to work with the pioneers in the area of big data analytics and Internet.Have a good understanding and strong interest in Internet and big data. 

2.  Work with other team members to conduct research projects with high quality under the guideline of team leader 

3.  You will have chances to participate in report presentation and communicate with leading brands

4.  Participate in workshops for knowledge sharing and join in team building activities 

Requirements:

1.       College degree or above, marketing or related major;

2.       Active user of digital and social is preferred

3.       Able to innovate, welcome challenges, work hard and take ownership;

4.       Strong business sense, strategic thinking;

5.       Good computer application skill( Microsoft Office etc.) and familiar with statistic software(SPSS, R etc.) or database language (T-SQL) is preferred;

6.       Good presentation skill and communication skill (both in English and Chinese), ability to write English and Chinese reports is preferred

7.       Good project management ability and good communication skill internally & externally;

8.       Basic knowledge of statistics, research methodology and modelling.

9.       Actively participation in digital activities preferred;

10. Experience in marketing, market research, media, data mining, business analysis preferred;
