PURPOSE:

Administer pricing data and Sales Incentive Agreement (SIA) Program (Rebates) in the respective ERP business system.

RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Carry out the following responsibilities in a timely manner for new creations and regularly for maintenance of records:

Enter and maintain pricing records for all sales organizations in Asia Pacific in a timely manner.

Review and resolve orders with pricing/invoice issues. Liaise and coordinate with Customer Service Representatives and Account Managers where applicable.

Review and resolve payment discrepancies for price.

Coordinate and execute general Price Increase/Decrease programs.

Administer Sales Incentive Agreement (SIA) Program (Rebates).

Coordinate material data records changes as related to pricing.

Cleanse the master data records to keep only active customer specific prices for active products.

Maintain proper records for traceability.

Education：

College diploma or above

Experience：

At least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity in the chemical or related industries

Language Skill:

Fluent in English and Mandarin
