职位描述
Position Purpose:
This position is responsible for Altium China subscription revenue growth in China by executing China Subscription program and cooperating with our resellers and handling telesales related issues when needed in China under the guidance of China Call center Manager.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Telesales activities
- Organize daily telesales activities for subscription
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly telesales number
- Make sure the data input and update in Salesforce
- Provide daily/weekly achievements report
- Achieve the subscription target
- Provide support and advice to resellers in their sales activities as related to internal sales when required
- Interlock with other function teams
2. Other activities
- Accept and reply to customers about the queries on subscription program and other business related via calls and emails
- Subscription marketing activity involvement
- As the owner of the subscription in Altium, support subscription order process and monitor the whole process
Qualifications :
1.Telesales experience in the industry
2.1+years‘ working experience in internal sales gained within a China based multinational software company
3.Knowledge of EDA industry
Additional Requirements:
Good Internal & External communication skill
Fluent English in both oral and written
