We’re now looking for a multi-talented, result-oriented, open minded senior PR associate to grow Shopee Cross Border business in China. The person in this role will be responsible for expanding Shopee brand awareness via online and offline PR initiatives. The senior PR executive will sit in marketing team at Shopee Shanghai office, working closely with Regional PR team (in Singapore), China MKT team (in Shenzhen and Shanghai) and external partners on all PR -related matters. Responsibilities

Assist marketing team to work on marketing planning and execution, including content enrichment, media collaboration, digital projects, media events and other marketing collateral to enhance Shopee brand awareness;

-Media planning, including media strategy, content development, media RSVP, coverage/interview pitch, logistics management, etc.;

-Media management, including relationship maintenance, interview on-site following, etc.;

-Distribute press material after each campaign, build reports with individual campaign performance update, as well as post-campaign summary highlights;

Drive media event planning and execution: information collection, event concept development, media planning, vendor sourcing, document preparation, etc.;

-Communicate and co-operate with media, other Shopee team, event agency & 3rd parties (hotel, catering, logistic etc.);

-Event on-site execution and quality control;

-Event review report and closing file preparation.

Assist PR team to develop projects for digital marketing. Including the one to many content hub, SEO/SEM/SMO, digital product development, etc.;

-活动现场执行及质量控制;

-事件回顾报告和关闭文件准备;

协助PR团队开展数字营销项目，包括内容中心、SEO/SEM/SMO、数字产品开发等;

Basic Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years professional experience from working with online and offline marketing or public relations;
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or relevant field of study;
• Spoken and written language skills: native Chinese, excellent writing skill, professional-level English;
• Good at project-based working system. Demonstrated success in project management;
• A great team-player who enjoys working in a fast-paced dynamic environment;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, open-minded;
• Willingness to travel and ability to work independently and autonomously;
• Knowledge of Chinese cultural, digital, retail landscape and other common sense, as well as deep insight into more nuanced market characteristics and sensitivities;
• Logical with clear mind.

• 商业、市场、传播或相关专业的学士学位;
• 口头和书面语言技能：母语汉语，写作能力佳，专业的英语水平

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in 4A agency preferred;
• Experience in marketing B2B ecommerce products or services preferred;
• Creative and strategic thinking preferred.
