岗位职责

1、根据部门计划及要求完成招商指标；

2、负责对外开拓市场渠道，洽谈与代理商的合作；

3、分析客户需求；针对市场变化，提出调整洽谈方案，完成任务额；

4、完成公司及上级领导安排的任务。

任职资格：

1、 大专及以上学历,专业不限，形象好，综合素质高，具有积极进取的事业心；

2、 市场营销、贸易等专业毕业；十年及以上美容相关工作经验、具有市场推广、项目洽谈管理经验；

3、 较强的团队管理能力和沟通能力，能够承受较大的工作强度和工作压力；

4、 具有较强的市场开拓与商务谈判能力；

5、男女不限，年龄30-45岁，美容化妆品相关专业，大专及以上学历，形象气质佳
