As a Sales Support Engineer, you will be based out Shanghai, China office.

？Develop the proposed technical solution of Robotics Automation Application.
？ Provide technical and experienced input to customer inquiry/feedback review and convert this information into an offer with a cost estimation.
？ Act as the lead role in resolving robot related project, have a quick response and keep good relationship with customer.
？ Prepare and assist in customer technical presentation and mechanical detailed design.
？ Assist in component sourcing and vendor management and RFQ preparation, participate in vendor quotation review and act as one of the main approver on vendor delivery.
？ To support the testing of the design to ensure that the running performance meets the specification.
？ To complete the appropriate documentation required by manufacturing to build the packing application system, including (Layout drawings/BOM/Assemble/Testing procedures etc.).
？ To support in all stages of the process including the manufacturing, site support in analyzing and resolving engineering problems.
？ Create project related manual including operation, maintenance, spare parts list etc.
？ Collaborate with other technical and management resources to ensure uniform application of good engineering practice and relevant engineering standards.

？ Bachelor’s Degree or above and major in Engineering, Industry Automation, Electrical, Mechanical or relevant.
？ Working experience in foreign companies is preferred.
？ Good team player and can work under pressure.
？ Relationship, credibility and trust builder.
？ Display integrity, and open attitude.
？ Willing to travel frequently on business work.
？ Great communication skills.
