Job Responsibilities

u A member of global IT service desk team. Provide daily technical support to computers, servers, network and application systems.

u Respond to and prioritize support tickets, ensure cases are resolved in timely and effective manners. 

u Participate in IT or cross-functional projects.

u IT asset management. 

Qualifications

u Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology will be preferred.

u Good spoken and written English ability is a must.

u 3+ years of experience in IT helpdesk, service desk or other customer service environment.

u Solid understanding of MS Windows OS, Office, general server concepts (e.g. file sharing, security, Active Directory, SCCM), basic network concepts (e.g. TCP/IP, LAN/WAN). 

u Experience with Cisco network devices (e.g. router, switch, VoIP) will be a pluc.

u ITIL certification will be a plus.

u Be customer-oriented and have effective communication skills. 

u Fast leaner of new technologies.

u Be able to work occasionally during off business hours.
