岗位职责：

1. Responsible for the overall management of the Space Design Department: including project schedule control, design plan lead, color matching, selection of materials, etc..
2. 空间设计部的全面管理工作：包括项目进度把控、设计方案主导、颜色搭配、选择材料等
3. Responsible for the overall conceptual design process of the design project
4. 设计项目的总体概念设计进程。
5. Integrate the work flow and drawing specifications of the interior design department of the company, review the final plans and drawings, and monitor the quality of the design results in real time and efficiently
6. 公司室内设计部门的工作流程和图纸规范，审核最终方案及图纸，实时高效监督各设计成果质量。
7. Regular training and guidance for subordinate interior designers, responsible for the overall improvement of team design skills
8. 培训和指导下属室内设计师，负责团队设计能力的整体提升。
9. Can independently make conceptual design plans; At the same time, it is responsible for negotiating with customers, accurately explaining the design concept to customers, and obtaining customer approval.

能独立做出概念设计方案；同时负责与客户进行谈判，精准地向客户阐述出设计理念，并得到的客户认同

任职要求：

1、Bachelor’s degree or above in architecture and interior design;

建筑和室内设计专业本科或以上学历

2、Overseas working experience and foreign designer is a plus

有过境外工作经验及外籍设计师优先

3、Be proficient in using design software: Photoshop,Autodesk CAD,Sketchup Dreamweaver or other web design programs

熟练操作设计软件 :Photoshop, Autodesk CAD,Sketchup

4、Understanding of local building regulations and practices

熟知国内的室内装修规范及要求

5、Good English and Chinese communication ability;

具有良好的双语（英语-中文）沟通能力
