JOB RESPONSIBILITY：

1. Make the project support plan of the customer;
2. Execute and push customer project schedule, coordinate the internal resource and communicate with customers;
3. Assist solve engineering HW and SW problems at customers, build relations with sales, marketing and customers;
4. Provide the samples or demo boards to customer; Follow the mass-production progress;
5. Need to visit customer, business travel and field support.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1. 3-5 + years experiences in set-top box or related field;
2. Customer support and project management experience;
3. Good communication and team work;
4. Good oral and written English;
5. Familiar with TV and STB system is a plus;
6. RD experience in electron filed, schematics and PCB tools is a plus;
7. Software development experience is a plus;
8. Passionate about learning new technologies.
