 Guide the BVS plan & process for BVS applications from all stores and make the effort for the deals fulfilled.

-  Co-ordinate with Procurement & Category team to develop the healthy BVS business-(more articles approach). Support to develop where the section is necessary for the market share improving or company strategy developing.

-  Analysis the BVS customer history & behavior, co-operation with customer department for healthy BVS approach developing.

-  Analysis existing process and offer further optimization on total profitability improvement together with buying team

-  OM related SOP updates

-  Support auditing process, including ICS process follow-ups

-  Implement and follow up supplier/article/customer analysis to support offer management department, including support more OM related

-  Together with buying team for secure the 3% final margin.

    

-  Ensure the FIFO policy well managed in all store.

    

-  Ensure OM related SOP updated on -time aligned with business change request

    

-  Ensure ICS follow-up actions on-time

-  University degree, preferably in Economics.

-  Leadership skills and willingness to coach

-  project management skills highly organized

-  Fluent on the use of PPT, excel, ideally experience in the use of online tendering tools.
