- 协助人事经理制定年度社会招聘&校园招聘计划，审核各业务&职能部门的年度岗位编制
- 利用各种招聘渠道发布招聘广告，寻求招聘机构，满足公司的人才需求
- 协助人事经理建立后备人才选拔方案和人才储备机制
- 协助审核、修订内部招聘&内部推荐的人事管理制度
- 执行招聘、甄选、面试、选择、安置工作
- 进行聘前测试和简历甄别工作
- 完成人事经理交办的各项工作

任职要求：
- 工作经验：2年以上人事相关工作经验
- 专业素质：良好团队合作、优秀的学习能力
- 专业不限，本科及以上学历
- 具有良好的书面、口头表达能力
- 具有亲和力和服务意识，沟通领悟能力强
- 熟练使用常用办公软件及相关人事管理软件
- 吃苦耐劳，工作细致认真，原则性强，有良好的执行力及职业素养
