               PURPOSE Responsible for pro-actively developing effective Health Economic & Outcomes Research (HEOR) strategy for inline and pipeline products, exploring current and future unmet medical needs for market access, BUs and R&D, planning, initiating and executing HEOR study for assigned therapeutic areas in accordance with the management's priorities and requirements and in strict adherence to the company’s strategy guidelines and policy restrictions.   RESPONSIBILITIES ？  Develop effective HEOR strategy for key products ？  Provide HEOR to support reimbursement, pricing dossiers and business development ？  Ensure health economics data accuracy for business support ？  Design and implement related health economics and outcomes studies to support the product strategy ？  Conceive, design and guide burden of disease studies and epidemiological analyses ？  Responsible for quality, timeline and budget control in execution of HEOR projects ？  Timely publish research results, communicate the research findings with internal/external stakeholders to support the market access activities ？  Provide necessary HEOR training for internal and external stakeholders ？  Work closely with Market Access, Marketing and TA to identify external stakeholders and keep sufficient communication
