Responsibilities: ? Lead the phage display technology group and execute the therapeutic antibody discovery programs including reviewing project targets, design study plan with clients and ChemParter project leaders, draft or edit project proposals and reports. ? Provide leadership and scientific views to project team and clients in driving the project to successfully achieve specific objectives and milestones. ? Manage multiple projects and tasks, coordinate project related activities of different project teams, departments or companies. ? Provide scientific input to the broad biologics team by providing ideas for innovations and new scientific approaches/techniques that can be adopted. ? Be jointly accountable (along with other biologics leaders) to the company management team for the success of the department and to communicate scientific and technology advances in biologics discovery ? Closely work with existing ChemPartner BD team to maintain and enhance customer relationships as well as aid in building new relationships. Visit with existing and new clients with a view to raising awareness of ChemPartner biologics capability Qualifications: ? PhD or equivalent in biology or biochemistry with 5 or more years of industrial experiences in phage, yeast and other display technologies. ? 2 or more years of experiences in therapeutic antibody generation using naive and/or conditioned scFv or Fab libraries. ? Extensive experiences and knowledge in antibody engineering. ? Strong communication skills with fluent English and Chinese.
