Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
区域销售经理—江浙地区
Responsibilities:
? Manage and develop the business within the region of Jiangsu & Zhejiang Province, familiar with such key areas as Hangzhou, Ningbo, Suzhou, Wuxi, Changzhou, and Nanjing.
管理并拓展江浙地区销售业务,熟悉该地区重点城市如杭州,宁波,苏锡常及南京。
? Establish good relationship with local distributors and regional retail key accounts, such as Hyper/Super markets and explore new business opportunities.
与当地经销商及地区重点零售客户(卖场、超市等)建立并保持良好合作关系,同时拓展新客户。
? Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets, both in shipment out of factory & sell-in to the retailers.
达成月底及年度销售指标,包括出厂订单指标及卖入零售终端指标。
? Be responsible for local promotion planning and execution according to the marketing and promotion strategy.
根据公司制定的市场促销战略制定当地执行层面的促销计划并负责实施。
? Monitor and control the costs in compliance with regional budget by effective measures.
严格按照区域预算,通过严格有效的措施管控成本。
? Analyze sales data and generate reports.
分析市场及销售数据并生成分析报告。
Experiences, Competencies, and background:
? Hands–on experience on distributor management is a must.
必须具备管理经销商的实际操作经验。
? Retail key accounts management experience is preferred.
优先考虑具有零售重点客户管理经验者。
? 3-5 years experience in sales function in FMCG and in-depth knowledge of this industry.
在快速消费品行业有3至5年的实际销售经验并对这个行业有深入的了解。
? Negotiation/problem solving skills
富有谈判及解决实际问题的技巧。
? Analytical mind, willingness to travel in China, ability in time management.
善于分析,愿意出差,能很好管理时间。
? MS Office proficiency, communication/writing in English or German.
熟练掌握Office 软件,可用英文或德语进行交流或书写。
? Bachelor’s degree or above
本科及以上学位。
? Living in much or willing to relocate to Hangzhou.
居住在杭州。
