Job Responsibilities:

1. Operational management of the team

2. Independent coordination of comprehensive analysis- and reporting-tasks, including result presentations both internally and externally

3. Leading employees and developing both their personal and professional competences.

4. Supporting (senior-) controllers in case of difficult commercial questions

5. Independently implementing all required actions for work safety as well as health and environmental protection

6. Ensuring accuracy, transparency and plausibility in consideration of business reasonableness and accordance with Brose guidelines for customer units and product groups in the following scope:

7. Product/ project calculation and – controlling (e.g. project reporting; preparation, maintenance and plausibility checks of calculations; commercial contract review; target and measure controlling; project administration)

8. Result controlling and optimization (e.g. take part in the operational result controlling in cooperation with the business unit controlling; consultation in case of technical optimizations)

9. Decision-making support (e.g. preparation of decision-making supportive analysis and receiver oriented recommendations for actions) – including support of supplier and customer negotiations.

10. Business unit reporting and analysis (e.g. order income until EOP, i.a. in reference to customer/product and project; analysis of customer team P&L; Planning (ILP) and monthly reporting; business plan; forecast)

11. Project-oriented, commercial controlling of the product-/ customer teams

12. Planning (ILP) for the division (including plausibility checks)

13.Monthly reporting for the division

Job Requirements:

1. Successfully completed university degree with commercial/technical specialization, e.g. Industrial Engineering or technical oriented Business Administraton

2. 6-8 years working experience

3. Profound experience and methods expertise in project controlling (e.g. determining and evaluating cost potentials)

4. Profound know-how of the approaches of OEMs and suppliers, e.g. regarding price defense/ price negotiation discussions

5. Distinct competences regarding the conduct of negotiations

6. Profound process knowledge (focus on controlling) regarding reporting, planning, budget management, calculation and project management

7. Extensive knowledge of relevant product and process technology and its commercial influencing factors

8. Acting distinctly entrepreneurial and strategic

9. Leadership competence
