工作职责：

1. 负责整个项目的管理，如客户关系，现场监管，材料收集和承包商的管理等等。

2. 室内装饰装修项目（投标至竣工），其中包括询价、供应商洽谈、工料计算、协调材料交货时间、审核产品清单、开发新供应商、寻求市场信息，保持与供应商和业主之间良好的沟通。

任职要求：

1. 店铺或室内装饰装修现场施工项目完整经验

2. 具备一切必要知识与实务能力， 如机电，结构，消防等

3.带施工团队经验丰厚, 能跑各地工地。

4. 有国内奢侈品店铺施工经验和专属工班资源尤佳；

5. 整合协调资源能力强；

6. 能运用Excel, MS Projects, AutoCAD 等软件者佳;

7.沟通能力强，有客户***的服务意识；
