Job Description

-Identify production problems regarding to the analysis results of product performance, production efficiency and quality status, and solve them on time to make sure the production is impacted as little as possible.

-Initiate the Process FMEA (PFMEA) discussion cross-functionally with internal & external team members and ensure that PFMEA to be reviewed and actions recommended to be done in time.

-Define critical process parameters to be controlled for each process, establish Critical Parameter Sheet (CPS) after all processes are finalized. Review the performance and capability of each process in CPS.

-Define and execute the ramp up plan of production processes.

-Introduces new products/new processes from Development to Operations. Specifies requirements of new products/process/jigs/machines for Operations.

-Interface with internal and external mechanical designers to ensure that reliable equipment and jigs are designed and delivered for each new/modified process.

-Define process study test plan to ensure process stability and product robustness. Optimize process settings/parameters during process study (Use DoE, RSM). And finalize the process settings and import them into control plan and SOP (together with Quality Engineer). Additional Job Description

 

Requirements:

-Bachelor degree above

-have more than 3 years related working experience

-Specialized knowledge of generic products/process/machines to contribute to the continuous improvement of relevant processes.

-Fluency in English is a MUST and Mandarin is essential.

-Knowledge of Green Belt/Project Management is preferred.
