Patient Service Manager客户服务经理

1. 有效地提供服务，有礼貌，按规章制度确保客户满意。
2. 处理病人的任何投诉
3. 根据不同客户的需求提供相应的有效服务。
4. 识别VIP和普通客户，并有针对性的提供个性化服务。
5. 与临床管理人员密切合作，确保门诊/住院等诊疗流畅有效
6. 病人转运安排或预定系统审阅
7. 为客户提供咨询服务。
8. 每月总结病人的体验和调查
9. 提升医院/诊所的服务质量
10. 参与医院的各项活动。
11. 具有创新思维，不断寻求改善客户服务的机会
12. 工作中，表现出良好的沟通和处理投诉的技能。
13. 保持专业积极的工作态度，与医院其它科室，工作人员表现出合作，友好的工作态度。
14. 完成管理层分配的其他任务。

? Provide efficient communication and follow relevant guidelines to ensure all customer satisfaction

? Dealing with any complain from patients

? Provide effective care to customer from different needs.

? Identify VIP and regular patients and develop rapport to offer personalized service.

? Work closely with clinical manager to ensure the flow efficient for outpatient /inpatient

? Transport arranging or booking system

? Explain services to patients.

? Summaries the patient experience survey in monthly bases.

? Promote the hospital/clinic and its services

? Flexibility takes variety of shifts based on the department need.

? Be alive to new ideas which could benefit the hospital and seek opportunities to continually improve patient service.

? Knowledge-based and experienced in communication /deal with complaint

? Professionalism and positive attitude working manner to working colleagues and relevant department

? Assist patient services manager on projects and new initiatives. Other tasks that are allotted by management.
