Master function description:

• Supports the Key Account / Sales Manager (in the back-office) by the customer-related administrative work

• Prepares and submits quotations to assigned customer and coordinates timing, customer satisfaction issues and delivery for all current production parts

• Manages pricing of assigned customer

• Organizes and prepares documentation of internal and external meetings

• Is in charge of the following Technical Sales tasks:

  • Ensures departmental / account manager support

  • Keeps direct customer contact (attend customer meetings; based in high cost countries)

  • Does rough calculations for request for quotation (RfQ) and defends price against customer

  • Calculates changes in sales prices

  • Prepares customer documents

  • Processes route cards to assess technical feasibility

  • Archives change management documents

• Maintains and updates lists 

   

Requirements:

1. Highest level of education: University (Bachelor degree)

2. Languages: Good english reading, speaking and writing

3. Key qualifications: Good interpersonal communication skill

4. Individual supplements: Able to work in fast changing environments；figure sensitivity; good at data analysis
