RPA Scrum Master enables  the scrum team to run a medium-to-complex Robotics Process Automation (RPA) initiative utilizing agile methodology that seamlessly aligns with business and technical needs. 

 

The Scrum Master is a key role within an Agile RPA delivery team as it removes any impediments that obstruct a team’s pursuit of its sprint goals and ultimately deliver a product that generates business benefits. 

 

  Job Description  

? Facilitate medium-to-high complexity Agile initiatives from initiation through release, providing oversight to ensure alignment with Agile/Scrum practices, including but not limited to, project kick-off, sprint, release and deployment planning 

? Accountable alongside the scrum team for the achievement of release objectives and results that meet LOB stakeholders’ needs and expectations ? Manage risks to delivery 

? Navigate and identify shared IT services required by the team in the delivery of its objectives ? Facilitate discussion leading to collective decision-making, goal setting and conflict resolution within the team 

? Remove impediments to delivery success through the proactive management of external dependencies, medium-to-high complexity team problem-solving and the development of new solutions or approaches to ongoing challenges; has the authority to execute against new approaches and escalate issues through business and/or IT channels where necessary 

? Accountable for creating and maintaining the appropriate vehicles for open communication within the scrum team (e.g. tracker boards) to create a trusting and safe team environment 

? Continuously seek to improve team performance by promoting joint accountability for results and solving productivity issues ? Facilitate and engage in business analysis, user experience and technical conversations across platforms and multiple levels of influence

? With the assistance of the Agile Coach, provide proactive coaching to the team and recommends continuous improvement of processes to optimize team productivity 

? Communicate cross functionally, ensuring transparency of progress and outcomes; Report team progress and accomplishment up and across; Facilitate status updates, product demos and retrospectives 

? Responsible for managing project financials and running concurrent Agile projects under fast-paced work environment 

Skills Required  

? 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master – where Scrum principles, practices and theory were diligently applied ? Practical experience with any of the key disciplines required in agile delivery – such as software development or business (system) analysis; 

? Certified Scrum Master / Agile Practitioner 

? Experience working in a dependent multi agile team environment 

? Practical experience with delivering RPA solutions into back office environments using RPA Tools (e.g. UIPath) ? Project Management, Agile Scrum Master 5 - 7 years 

? Must have been a dedicated Scrum Master for an agile delivery of a Robotics or Automation development project 

? Bilingual : Can speak /read /write in Mandarin & English
