职位描述：

- 负责供应商的开发、比价、审核、评估，合同条款的谈判和相关合同的签订；

- 负责对供应商的采购价格进行审查，并制定目标采购价格，完成降本目标；

- 经批准后的采购合同或订单及时下发供应商，并进行采购物料的跟踪、催促，保证物料的及时到货；

- 采购物料和供应商所开具发票资料的传递，申请付款流程及审核

- 严格履行采购制度，执行采购流程与计划；

- 整理供应商联系资料，制定供应商年度评审计划；

- 按时完成上级领导交办的其他任务；

任职要求：

- 大学本科及以上学历，自动化及相关工科类专业

- 3年以上自动化设备行业工作经验，其中至少1年采购工作经验

- 自动化设备采购经验

- 英语4级或等同资质，听说读写流利

- 具有处理突发问题、事件的能力和工作经验

- 具有良好的客户沟通能力及团队写作能力，强烈的责任感及敬业精神

- 熟练操作办公软件，精通Excel、word、Visio应用，具备较专业的PPT制作能力

- 可根据工作需要安排出差优先
