物流规划方向：物流运行与布局，人员规划

1. Optimize current Supplier Chain structure and process, from supplier to assembly

2. Planning, work out and achieve of lean logistic process, with considering about matching the lean approaches of different departments

3. Design and introduce material flow concepts

4. Coordination and solving process problems with responsible departments

5. Participate by the introduction of Lean Management in Logistic

6. Working field by crossing departments: IE, Assembly and operative logistic regarding planning activities.

7. Master Data managing in area SAP-Warehouse-Management

8. Preparing logistics equipment, like fixtures, tools, etc

9. Other tasks assigned by supervisor

任职资格：

1.University graduation with major: Economic Engineering, Business Administration or other similar major with main focus on Logistic

2.Working experience in area Logistic / Lean Management

3.Wide technical process understanding and analysis, problem solving way of thinking combine with action-orientation as well as hands - on - mentality

4.Good English skills both in speaking and writing

5.High flexibility and pronounced team and communication ability

6.Good learn ability and willing to learn and improve continuously
