职位描述
JOB PURPOSE
The Internal Communications role will strategize, plan and execute the globally/regionally/locally defined internal/Employee communication activities to support the creation and management of effective dialogue across company. This will be done in close collaboration with Global Comms, Marcom & Corporate Function Teams and CoEs in HQ ensuring full alignment to all global plans/guidelines. In addition, this regional role will support local site/regional communications activities when and where necessary in alignment with central teams, depending on the need within the region at any given time. This role will also be responsible for maintaining the internal communication channels, such as intranet, narrow casting systems, all employee e-mails, townhalls, etc.
In addition, the role in Asia Pacific will also drive strategy and content development for social media communications in collaboration with the site comms, function comms, and marcom, under the one company voice as well as global digital/social media strategy. He or she needs to manage the local social media account at wechat, and contribute the regional success stories to the global social media channel in partnership with the global digital team.
KEY ACOUNTABILITIES
- Execute globally defined Internal Communications activities in the region as defined by the Corporate Communications and Govt. Affairs CoEs
- Liaise with regional leadership to develop a regional internal communications strategy and plan
- Collaborate with regional Brand, Corporate Function and/or SBU/BU Marketing communication and site comm teams in developing and implementing the above within the regions.
- Lead, manage and coordinate region's intranet by providing relevant, high quality and timely content for employees, developing a robust pipeline of articles capturing the key activities and interests of the region, SBUs and Corp Functions
- Manage key employee email distribution channels and other internal comms platforms including organizing townhalls and content creation for plasma screens
- Develop and track key internal communications metrics to measure effectiveness, provide analysis, learning and recommendations for improvement via regular reporting
- Act as strategic internal communications advisor for regional/local teams and leadership, advocating best practices
- Maintain company-owned digital platforms including website and social media platforms from Region's perspective
- Drive the strategy development and implementation to enhance the employee communications across the region in partnership with Site comms, for the multipul purpose of ensure effective communicating of strategy, spur their proud of working for company, boost the morale of Asian team.
- Ensure compliance to the company brand framework and guidelines incl. messaging and design
- Support any other projects and day-to-day operation requirements within local sites / region as assigned
-In addition, this role will serve as a key driver for social media content development across the region to support corporate reputation building and business success by utilizing global/local social media channel.
- Consolidate and edit the success stories from both corporate and business, manage the wechat account, and amplify regional voice and elevate company reputation by communicating regional success stories through global social media account on Facebook, linked-in, tweeter, etc by collaborating with the global digital/social media team.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of the social media communications in the region through quantiativey and qualitative measurement.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications: (Degree, training, or certification required)
Undergraduate degree with specialization in marketing, communication
Minimum Experience: (Technical, functional, and/or leadership experience required)
Min. 6-8 years experience in corporate communications roles, preferably across multiple geographic regions and business models in complex matrix structures
B2B business experience preferred, and experience in managing social media content preferred"
