Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for full set of accounts and monthly management reports independently;
2. Responsible for managing and lead the financial planning, including forecast, budget and business planning, ensure accuracy and on time submission;
3. Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements to ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory disclosure requirements of the Group;
4. Serve as a key member to provide decision support analysis;
5. Supervise daily operations and manage the daily accounting work processes;
6. Liaise with external auditors and relevant regulatory bodies;
7. Preparation of tax calculation and liaise with tax consultants and Tax Bureau;

8. Identify and implement ongoing process improvement and cost efficiencies for the organization and target to deliver process simplification and driving efficiencies;

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree and above, major in accounting and finance.

2. A minimum of 1 years leadership, and 3 years’experience in accounting and finance within an international company or international accounting firm.

3. A deep understanding of the PRC GAAP, China Tax regulation and US GAAP.

4. Computer literate and familiar with several accounting applications, especially ERP systems (SAP, KingDee, Yongyou and etc.)

5. Certificate of professional accountant.

6. Fluent in English and Mandarin.

7. Ability to establish personal credibility quickly and demonstrate expertise.

8. Good communication and analytical skills.

9. Leadership potentials, a strong team player.

10. Proactive attitude with proven ability to implement solutions to problems.

11. Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
